Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Blink account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
